All terms used in this Statement have the same meaning defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) under the paragraph "Definitions".
Please carefully read the terms of this Statement, as well as all documents referred to in this Statement, before accepting it. If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of this Statement before data processing begins.
Data Protection and Processing
The Rightholder handles the data it receives from the End User under this Statement in accordance with the Rightholder's Privacy Policy published at: https://www.kaspersky.com/Products-and-Services-Privacy-Policy.
Purposes of Data Processing
The Rightholder processes data for marketing purposes in accordance with this Statement in order:
- To improve the quality, appearance, and performance of the Rightholder's Software, products, services, and infrastructure by analyzing users' experience, interactions, and level of satisfaction with the Software.
- To offer You security solutions that best match Your needs.
- To provide You with the relevant content and advertisement.
- To create categories of groups of users based on certain parameters in order to provide relevant information to these groups about maintaining security level, marketing offers, and promotional materials.
Processed Data
Certain data which is processed under this Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Statement:

- Device ID
- Installation ID
- Product type
- Activation code
- String with the following information about the User of the activation code: unique User ID on My Kaspersky, activation code, type of license ownership (owner or subaccount), My Kaspersky infrastructure signature
- Application locale
- Global application identifier(s) that indicate application type
- Global product identifier
- Application version
- Installation ID
- Unique device identifier
- Current local date and time on User's device
- Previous activation code
- Operating system type
- Operating system version
- Product identifier in internal PPCS system
- Service identifier
- Device platform (Android)
- Unique device identifier on the My Kaspersky portal

- Information about Software installed on the Computer: software version, name of the store where the application was obtained, timestamp of the first launch of the software, package name and version, pseudonymous app-instance identifier, application ID in Firebase services, application platform and ID
- Information about the use of the Software: event type and value
- Information about the User's computer where the Software is installed: computer brand, category, model
- Information about the language (locale) of the operating system
- Information about the User: country of residence, campaign and name of channel that attracted the User
- Advertising ID
- Type of installation (new installation, update)
- Sign of participation in KSN
- AppsFlyer installation ID
- App distribution channel name
Third-Party Information Systems
The Rightholder uses third-party information systems to process data. Their data processing is governed by the privacy statements of such third-party information systems. The following are the third-party information systems that the Rightholder uses and the data they process:
AppsFlyer
During use of the Software, the following data will be sent to AppsFlyer automatically and on a regular basis in order to achieve the declared purpose:
- Advertising ID
- Flag indicating whether the Advertising ID is enabled
- Flag indicating the way the Advertising ID is acquired
- AppsFlyer events API version
- Unique AppsFlyer installation ID
- AppsFlyer key
- Flag indicating whether AppsFlyer was pre-installed on the device
- Presence of other AppsFlyer SDKs
- AppsFlyer SDK version
- Unique AppsFlyer transaction ID
- Name of the installed software
- Application package name
- Version of the installed software
- Battery charge type
- Battery level

- Software localization
- Android ID

- Vendor of the device or network card
- Version of the operating system
- Device language code
- User device name
- Device time zone setting
- MAC address of the Wi-Fi adapter
- Unique installation ID
- Operating system type
- Device screen width
- Device screen height
- Device screen resolution
- Flag indicating whether the device is rooted
- Advertising ID
- Flag indicating whether the Advertising ID is enabled

Your Choice to Participate
It is entirely Your choice to automatically send data to the Rightholder on a regular basis under this Statement. You can withdraw Your consent at any time in the settings of the Software as described in the User Manual.
